Refund Policy
We believe in helping our customers as much as possible and have a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been shipped.
The refund process will be initiated within 24 hours after the order is canceled through an online medium using the PayU gateway or UPI.
